We have been in our office everyday since the "pause" went into effect to treat emergency dental issues and answer your questions. During this time, we have worked diligently to improve upon protocols to keep you safe. This includes continuing education as a staff to improve on our delivery of high level dental service to you, "Our valued patient" in a safe environment.
As we re-open for all dental treatment we want to say "welcome back".
When you come back in for your next routine visit, you will notice some differences in our office as we take additional safety precautions to help limit COVID-19 transmission.
In addition to the infection control procedures we have ALWAYS followed to protect our patients and staff, we have taken additional steps to ensure everyone's safety. Here's what you can expect at your next appointment.
To help make sure our patients arriving for their appointments are healthy, we may call you the day before your appointment and ask you some questions about your current health. We will repeat those questions in the form of a questionnaire which you will fill out when you arrive at the office.
We ask that you limit the number of people you bring to the appointment.
You will notice things that people often touch in the waiting room- like toys and magazines- have been removed.
When you are in the dental chair you may notice somethings look different form the last time you were here.
Additional precautions help protect YOU and our STAFF.
As previously done, our staff will thoroughly clean the areas where you have been, using disinfectants that are effective against the virus that causes COVID-19 to prepare for the next patient. This helps reduce the risk of illness being passed to others.
We ask for your patience upon dismissal and checkout as we need to continue social distancing all of our patients.
Thank you ahead of time for being patient while we all get accustomed to our new "norm".
Respectfully,
Close X
